The Kawehi top is named after Pohaiʻs sister. A garment to wrap yourself in like a gift. For our first all over print garment, we wanted to create something loose, breezy, and easy to wear. Something you could dress up or down no matter the occasion.
Featuring the ʻAhakea Lau Nui in burnt orange and Kou in chocolate brown. Two of the plants featured in the Pua Collection. ʻAhake Lau Nui (Bobea elatior) is an endemic species that was used in medicine and the wood was used for a variety of everyday tools. Kou (Cordia subcordata) is an indigenous plant used to make beautiful bright orange lei and the wood was often used to make bowls and utensils.

Material: Rayon
Washing instructions: Wash with like colors and hang dry. Garment may shrink if thrown in the dryer. Iron on medium to low to remove wrinkles.
